Christina Wehmer — Metabolic Health Advocate

Complex Care Support – Patient & Caregiver Education – Ten Health Buckets**

Christina Wehmer is a Metabolic Health Advocate at Blatman Health & Wellness Center. She supports patients and families navigating complex health concerns, including integrative cancer support, cognitive and neurological concerns, chronic pain, and other multisystem health challenges. Christina works alongside Dr. Hal Blatman and the clinical team to help patients better understand clinician-directed recommendations, prepare questions for appointments, and follow through with practical next steps between visits. Her role is especially helpful for patients and caregivers who feel overwhelmed by multiple recommendations, therapies, appointments, and decisions.

Her approach is organized around the ten Health Buckets that influence metabolic health, daily function, and resilience. These include nourishment, sleep and biorhythms, stress physiology, movement, toxin exposure and detoxification pathways, immune health, blood sugar balance, digestion, emotional well-being, and practical implementation.

Christina brings practitioner-level training in metabolic health, patient education, and complex care support, along with more than 25 years of experience in education, communication, information organization, and client-centered support. She has trained with Dr. Nasha Winters in the metabolic terrain approach.
