Study Shows Scoliosis Reversal with Ancient Yoga Pose
A study published in the Global Advances in Health and Medicine found that a single yoga pose may have the potential to reduce the spinal curvature in scoliosis in less than 90 days.
Incredibly, all 25 patients who performed the pose for just 1.5 minutes a day had a 32% reduction in spinal curvature.
The pose, called side plank, involves laying on your side and holding your body up with your arm, as seen in this video.
