Magnesium’s Role in Frequent Headaches

According to the American Headache Society, magnesium supplemented in the dosage of 400 to 500 milligrams daily could be helpful in the prevention of migraines. However, replenishing magnesium levels in the body can take many months, so the results may not be immediate.
